Refund or Cancellation Policy

Although Step Up Academy does not recommend refunds (in e xceptional cases under special circumstances, partial refunds will be made based on the administrator's decision). Management's decisions are final and binding. Once the order cancellation has been received and approved by the administrator, we will email the decision. After the administrator approves the refund, the refund will be processed and the amount will be saved in your wallet and redeemed for future orders. Refund policy is one week. may not be able to offer a refund or exchange if one week has passed since purchase.
