Is Madhya Pradesh open or closed for out-of-state MBBS aspirants?
MP is a "closed state" for Rounds 1 and 2 — those rounds are reserved for candidates with a valid MP domicile certificate. Out-of-state candidates can enter from the Mop-Up and Stray Vacancy rounds onward, for seats left unfilled after domicile candidates are placed.
